When starting. to work with Salon Hearth, their main goals for social media was general growth within the San Diego community, higher engagement, and filling up the chairs at the salon with new stylists. Within the first two months, all hiring positions were filled with amazing new staff who found the positions through social media. The account grew over 1,000 followers and engagement rate increased by 3%.
The type of content we've been focusing on is capturing the atmosphere of the upscale loft salon while highlighting the stylists and their specialties. Clients, friends, and other stylists have noticed the shift in their social strategy and have praised the new content.
